01 Scope of Work

The specific deliverables, including but not limited to video editing, graphic design, social media content, and web development, will be agreed upon separately in a custom proposal or invoice. Any additional deliverables beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and agreed upon in writing before execution.

02 Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: An advance payment as outlined in your specific project proposal is required before the commencement of any work. Work shall begin only upon receipt of the advance and written confirmation.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of all agreed creatives or milestones, before final files are handed over.
• Payments shall be made via mutually agreed methods. The client must share the payment receipt immediately after transfer.

03 Revision Policy

• Each deliverable generally includes up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional charge, unless specified otherwise in the custom proposal.
• Revisions beyond the agreed rounds, or requests that fundamentally change the approved brief, will incur additional charges.
• Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. After this window, deliverables may be considered accepted and further revisions might attract charges.

04 Timelines & Delivery

• Deliverables will be shared as per a mutually agreed content calendar or project timeline.
• The Client agrees to provide necessary raw materials, access, and approvals promptly. Delays from the Client will result in corresponding delays in delivery, for which the Service Provider bears no responsibility.
• Rush delivery requests may attract an additional premium fee.

05 Intellectual Property

• The Client holds full rights to use, publish, and distribute all delivered final content on their platforms upon full payment.
• BeyondCuts Media retains the right to display delivered work in our portfolio, showreel, or social media for professional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing via NDA.
• BeyondCuts Media is the original creator of all edited and designed work. Ownership of the underlying creative process and project files remains with BeyondCuts Media unless explicitly transferred.

06 Confidentiality & Cancellation

• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, strategies, and communications confidential.
• Cancellation: If the Client cancels the project after commencement, the advance payment is non-refundable. If BeyondCuts Media is unable to complete the project, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
• Cancellation notices must be provided in writing with a minimum of 5 working days' notice.

07 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate civil courts.
